Embarking on the WaveSend journey is a transformative experience that unfolds over time. To help you track your progress and reflect on the changes you experience, we have designed a series of forms for you to complete at different stages of the course. These forms will guide you in observing the shifts in your body, mind, and spirit as you engage with the WaveSend techniques.
The first form is to be filled out at the start of the first month. This initial assessment will help you establish a baseline for your current state and set intentions for the journey ahead. Take your time to reflect on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being as you begin this transformative process.
As you move into the second month, you will complete the second form. This is an opportunity to evaluate the changes you have noticed so far. Consider any shifts in your energy levels, emotional balance, and overall sense of well-being. This reflection will help you stay aligned with your intentions and make any necessary adjustments to your practice.
At the start of the third month, the third form will guide you in assessing your continued progress. By this point, you may notice deeper transformations taking place. Reflect on how your body, mind, and spirit have evolved and how the WaveSend journey has impacted your life. Finally, at the end of the three months, the last form will allow you to celebrate your achievements and set new goals for the future.
